Role Overview: As a Qualified Person (QP) for Skincare at Pol Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring that all skincare products are manufactured and released in compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality specifications. You will play a vital role in maintaining product quality, safety, and efficacy while supporting our commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the quality assurance processes for skincare products, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct batch release reviews, ensuring that all documentation is complete and meets the necessary standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and training programs for skincare products.
• Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Contact and liaise with the Iranian Food and Drug Administration (IFDA) to stay updated on regulations and changes affecting skincare products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, providing guidance to the team on compliance matters.

Required Capabilities:

• Education: PhD in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field based on IFDA regulations.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry, with specific experience in skincare.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GMP, EU and FDA regulations, and relevant industry standards for skincare products.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in quality assessments and documentation.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality-related challenges effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
